Ryan Rudolph is the President & Founder of the Edgehill Group Inc, a consultancy and advisory firm he established in 2023 specializing in private aviation and early-stage startups. In this role, Ryan advises founders and executives on operations, strategy, commercialization, and M&A. He has served as a Strategic advisor to executive teams with a track record of high-profile exits, including Gander (acquired by Archer Aviation, NYSE: ACHR) and Fly Louie (acquired by Magellan Jets).

Ryan served as a Strategic Advisor to the President & Co-Founder @ BARK Air (NYSE: BARK) before joining in a full time capacity in November 2024. During his time as a Strategic Advisor, Ryan oversaw and negotiated multi-million dollars in cost savings through a supplier RFP process in a matter of weeks, along with numerous other impactful improvements to operational efficiency. Ryan is responsible for spearheading BARK Air's route strategy having launched new markets such as Hawaii, San Francisco, Lisbon, Madrid, and Paris. Additionally, he has led the rapid expansion of BARK Air's flight schedule, increasing total flights by more than 3× in just over a year while maintaining positive gross margins. Ryan oversees all strategy and operations having flown over 2,500 humans & dogs. ​

Prior to BARK Air, Ryan was the first hire and employee #1 at Fly Louie, where he spent five years building the company from its inception in 2017. Ryan helped lead the transition from a boutique Part 380 shuttle service to the Fly Louie Alliance, an industry-shifting platform for Part 135 operators. By 2024, Fly Louie had scaled the Alliance to over 350 member operators and 3,500 aircraft, facilitating $150M in fuel sales and nearly $100M in charter revenue. By aggregating the power of the Alliance, Fly Louie enabled small and medium-sized Part 135 operators to capture significant cost savings and new revenue streams that were previously out of reach.

 

Ryan serves as a Strategic Advisor to numerous companies in the aviation and mobility space including Beeline UAS, Gameday Private Jets, Moove, WingWork, Flyte, flyV, Stellar Fuel, and Tioga. He also serves on the Board of Advisors to the Advanced Air Mobility Institute & Jet Perfect Foundation.

 

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Middlebury College. ​​
